2. Cast steel: When the precision gear is more than 400mm in diameter and it is difficult to forge with complex structure, continuous cast steel can be used; Zg45. zg55, standardized, standardized and conditionalized.
3. Cast iron: strong anti-scratch and pitting resistance, but poor resistance to impact wear. Suitable for smooth running, low power, low speed or large size, complex shapes. Can work in the absence of oil, suitable for open drive.
4. Non-metallic materials: cloth, wood, plastic, nylon, suitable for high speed and light load.
